George R. Wilson
I paint provincial landscape to carry the image of what it was once like before thoughtless mass destruction and construction. I clean up the ecology by envisioning it unspoiled and offer order and beauty as an antidote to the void created by our fast pace of life.

B.A. and Master in Fine Arts from Ohio State University, Chinard Art School in LA, CA, Pratt Institute, Art Student's League, NYC, art director in early TV, making models for atomic submarines in Adak, Alaska, etc. His works are in museums and private collections.
