Born in Buffalo, Leslie pursued her passion for art at NYC's Fashion Institute of Technology, earning her BFA in illustration. After honing her skills abroad in Italy, she embarked on a 23-year career specializing in romance novel covers and portraiture. Now based upstate with her family, she focuses on depicting farm animals, still lifes, and occasional portraits, along with capturing the beauty of birds and even mushrooms in her art.
