Rose Klebes

"I am not trying to do a photo but instead with my brush work to feel the places. I want the viewers of my work to experience a sense of the beauty around us. I like painting plein air the best, but from small studies, I capture the mood for work in the studio. I am always concerned with design, composition and light and hope you will feel it in my paintings".

Rose has been painting in oils for more than ten years. She has exhibited in the Member Show at Southern Vermont Art Center for the past six years. She has also had her works shown at Gardenworks, Salem NY and the ASA Landscape for Landsake six times.
