Rahe Lulla

"Our local agricultural landscape inspires my work by providing me with the materials I use for my creations: skulls. I forage for skulls on my family's property or people give me the ones that they have found".

Rahe Lulla is an 18 year old artist who just started college at Bennington to hopefully get a major in archaeology. He has worked on this medium for about three years and hopes to expand it while also going into different areas of study. This is Rahes second year at ASA "Landscapes for Landsakes" Art Show and he is excited to be bringing a new display of work. The first skulls he got were two deer skulls and he painted them identical to each other and gave one to a teacher as a birthday present, that's how he started painting skulls. All of his works are one of a kind. He started out by finding the skulls on his own but after a while people started giving them to him.
If you see him say "hi"!
